Double R Consol in Heywood, who manufacture specialised slitting and rewinding machinery, wanted to install static bars without HT cables and separate  power supplies. The recently developed JUPITER bar from Fraser Anti- Static proved ideal.

The bar has a range from 250mm to 1500mm distance.  The  JUPITER bar has intelligent ionisation, the emitter current is monitored and a feedback control systems compensates for varying operation conditions to optimise performance.

We installed two Jupiter bars on one of Double R’s slitting machines and they have proved very successful.
