Our in-house maintenance and repairs service is headed up by our Senior Engineer Ian Turner.

STROBOSCOPE REPAIRS

If you are sending in a stroboscope for repair please send it to:

We will acknowledge receipt of your unit(s) and we will then follow this up by supplying a repair quotation for you to accept.  Please note that if you do not go ahead with the repair we will charge two hours labour for the inspection and testing of your unit.

STATIC  ELIMINATION

For any problems with your static elimination equipment please initially send an e mail to sue@euroto.co.uk    advising of the problem and the type of unit you have and if possible the serial numbers.  Generally speaking we prefer to send the units back to the manufacturer Fraser, especially if under warranty.
